How soon will I receive my order?
For orders shipped directly by us, including the MemoryMix game, you can expect to receive your order in 2-10 business days within the United States and 10-20 business days internationally.
Printed and shipped products such as Apparel, Hats, Accessories, and Home & Living items are shipped from a Printful warehouse (our on-demand printing company) nearest you.
Orders from a Printful warehouse take 2-7 days for fulfillment and their average shipping time is 4 days depending on the order’s destination. To ensure Printful sends your products as fast as possible, they route your orders to a fulfillment center closest to you where they can fulfill and ship them in the quickest way.
Digital download orders from our Shop are either immediate delivery or (for custom designs) delivered based on the specifics in your listing. Most custom designs are delivered via email within 3 business days.

What if I need to return an item?
Every shipped item from UnchainedBrainz is custom-made to your specifications and shipped safely. We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you have feedback that can help us do better, please email us at unchainedbrainz@unchainedbrainz.com.
If your purchase arrives damaged, incorrect, or with imperfections, you’re welcome to return it. We’ll send you a new one that meets your expectations or give you a refund. Email us at unchainedbrainz@unchainedbrainz.com to log a return or exchange.
We’re currently offering a Money-back Guarantee on our Memory Mix game and our Gift a Game offers. For Memory Mix orders, email us if you are dissatisfied and we will arrange for you to return the game for a refund.
However, because of the print-on-demand nature of our business, for other products, we cannot accept returns for customer errors such as choosing the wrong size or not liking the color.
What if I enter my shipping address incorrectly?
Let us know immediately and we’ll see if there’s a way to adjust your shipment before it processes. However, if you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier and the order has already been shipped, the shipment will be returned. You will then be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed the correct/updated address with you (if and as applicable).
How much does shipping cost for my order?
Due to the variety of items our store sells, our shipping costs vary. We do everything we can to keep them at a minimum. You will always be able to see how much shipping costs for your order before you actually check out. It will be listed in your cart details.
How long to I have to return or exchange an item?
Returns on misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
Who pays for shipping or returns and exchanges?
Unless otherwise noted, you will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

How does the Memory Mix game work?
You get a box of blank memory cards, markers, and creative prompts. First, you and your family or students draw your own images (two matching designs, one one each of two cards)—it could be pets, jokes, inside references, or totally made-up whatever-you-think-of. Then you play like a classic memory matching game. The twist? Every deck becomes a one-of-a-kind keepsake.
How do you play a classic memory matching game?
It’s super simple—and perfect for all ages. Here’s how it works:
- Shuffle all the cards and lay them face down in a grid.
- Player 1 flips over two cards. If they match, the player keeps the pair and takes another turn.
- If they don’t match, flip them back over in the same spots.
- Next player takes a turn—and everyone tries to remember where the cards are!
